1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services to all regions within Australia.
Delivery outside Australia is not supported at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is within Australia before placing an order.
2. Shipping Fees
Orders totaling AUD 60 or more (including AUD 60) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below AUD 60 incur a shipping fee of AUD 4.99.
The shipping fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page and automatically added to your order total.
3. Cut-off Time and Order Processing
Our order processing is based on business hours: 8:00 – 18:00 (Australia GMT time).
Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Handling Time
Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing, including verification, packaging, and handover to the logistics carrier.
Once processing is complete, the order will enter the shipping phase.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
From the date of shipment, the estimated delivery period is 6–15 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to the logistics carrier, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.

8. Responsibility Statement
Product Damage or Loss: If the product is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information and details of the issue.
Shipping Changes or Cancellations: After dispatch, shipment arrangements may be influenced by carrier processes and cannot be arbitrarily modified or canceled.
Shipping Address Responsibility: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Inspect the packaging and product condition upon delivery. If there are visible issues, record and photograph them at the time of receipt.
